Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Participant
Deposits are non-refundable in case of Participant Cancellation
Dungeons & Dames: WEST 2026
More than 60 days before the event (by March 14, 2026):
A full refund minus deposit and a $100 administrative fee will be issued within 30 days.
30–59 days before the event (March 15, 2026 – April 14, 2026):
A 50% refund minus deposit will be issued within 30 days.
Less than 30 days before the event (on or after April 15th, 2026):
No refunds will be issued.
Dungeons & Dames: EAST 2026
More than 60 days before the event (by August 8, 2026):
A full refund minus deposit and a $100 administrative fee will be issued within 30 days.
30–59 days before the event (August 9, 2026 – September 8, 2026):
A 50% refund minus deposit will be issued within 30 days.
Less than 30 days before the event (on or after September 9, 2026):
No refunds will be issued.
Cancellations by Organizer
If the retreat must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disaster, venue closure), participants will be offered:
A full refund within 30 days.
Non-Payment Policy
Failure to pay by your emailed deadlines for the payment plan without prior written communication will result in the following:
First Missed Payment:
A reminder will be sent within 24 hours of the missed due date. You will have a 3-day grace period to bring your account current or communicate with us.
After the Grace Period:
If no payment or communication has been received within 3 days of the missed deadline, your spot may be released to the next person on the waitlist, and your deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited.
Transfer Policy
Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE between different events hosted by Hello Darling Sales LLC.
Agreement Required
All participants agree to this policy during registration.
