At Dungeons & Dames, our Dungeon Masters are creative collaborators and table leaders within an immersive retreat experience.

As part of our DM Corps, you will receive:

Lodging for the duration of the retreat

Compensation Disclaimer 

At this time, our compensation structure does not align with convention-level professional Dungeon Master rates.

We are not currently able to cover travel expenses, and stipends reflect our current stage of growth as an independent retreat company.

We are committed to scaling responsibly and increasing compensation as the business expands.
