2. Ticket Sales and Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel an event for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, venue issues, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, refunds will be issued

If you are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential credit or partial refund options

3. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Participants who violate the Code of Conduct may be asked to leave without a refund.

4. Health and Safety

You agree to follow all local health guidelines in place at the time of the event (including mask mandates, if applicable)

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness before the event, we ask that you stay home and contact us

Some events may involve physical activity; participation is voluntary and you assume full responsibility for your own health and safety

5. Photography and Media

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
Photos and videos may be used in our marketing materials, social media, and website.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, promotional materials, and within our events (including original writing, branding, images, and designs) is the intellectual property of Hello Darling Events and Productions and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that attending any in-person event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, food allergies, or venue-related hazards.
By participating, you release Hello Darling Sales DBA Dungeons and Dames and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to personal injury, loss, or damage during the event.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, impersonate others, or attempt to access private areas of the site

We reserve the right to limit or revoke access to the website or services at our discretion

9. Modifications
